To meet different user preferences, we provide two types of firmware and driver packages:

1. PC Flash Package (requires USB connection):
Suitable for flashing firmware via PC-based flash tool
Includes: Firmware image file, drivers, flashing tool (Windows/Linux)

2. Tablet Flash Package (local upgrade):
Suitable for upgrading directly from tablet storage/SD card
Includes: Firmware update package (.zip format)

Notes:

Flashing will erase all user data. Please back up your data in advance.
Recommended for experienced users or technical professionals only.
Using unofficial firmware or incorrect procedures may cause device damage.

Flashing Steps:

Option 1: PC Flash (for advanced users)
Download and extract the PC Flash Package
Install drivers on your computer
Power off the tablet → Enter Flash Mode (hold Power + Volume keys)
Connect the device to the computer using a USB cable
Open the flash tool and select the firmware image file
Click Start Flashing and wait until the process completes (approx. 5–10 minutes)
The device will automatically reboot once flashing is finished

Option 2: Tablet Local Upgrade (simpler method)
Download the Tablet Flash Package (.zip)
Copy the update package to device storage or SD card root directory
Go to Settings → System Update → Local Update
Select the update package and confirm
The system will automatically install and reboot to complete the upgrade
