Q: Why can’t my device power on? A: If your device does not respond when pressing the power button, please try the following steps: Check the battery: Connect the device to the original charger and charge for at least 30 minutes. Force restart: Press and hold the power button for about 10 seconds until the startup screen appears. Check the indicator light: If there is no charging light, try another cable or power outlet. Remove external accessories: Take out the SIM card / SD card and try powering on again. Still not working? → It may be a battery or motherboard issue. Please go to [Support → Request Repair].
